Le mat\u00e9riau dans lequel le tuyau est fabriqu\u00e9 et la m\u00e9thode de fixation du raccord (m\u00e9canique, bras\u00e9, soud\u00e9, bras\u00e9 \u00e0 l'argent) d\u00e9terminent la pression maximale \u00e0 laquelle un assemblage peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9. En utilisant les facteurs indiqu\u00e9s dans le tableau ci-dessous, il est possible de calculer la pression de service s\u00fbre approximative \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour les fonctionnement est de 700\u02da F.<br \/>\nLa pression maximale de fonctionnement est de 200 PSIG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calcul :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s le tableau des sp\u00e9cifications de la page 5, la pression d'\u00e9clatement nominale de \u00be\" 312- SP0075 avec raccords soud\u00e9s est de 3200 PSIG.<br \/>\nD'apr\u00e8s le tableau des facteurs de correction de la temp\u00e9rature, le facteur pour l'acier inoxydable \u00e0 700\u02daF est de 0,70.<br \/>\nPression d'\u00e9clatement nominale : 3200 PSIG x .70 = 2240<br \/>\nPSIG (pression d'\u00e9clatement nominale \u00e0 700\u02daF)<br \/>\nPression de fonctionnement s\u00fbre : 2240 \u00f7 4 = 560 PSIG (en utilisant un facteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 4:1)<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la pression de fonctionnement maximale pour 312-SP0075 \u00e0 700\u02daF est de 560 PSIG, le tuyau r\u00e9pondra aux conditions de fonctionnement
