(le \" Fabricant \") garantit que tous les tuyaux m\u00e9talliques ondul\u00e9s, tresses, assemblages de tuyaux m\u00e9talliques ondul\u00e9s, amortisseurs de vibrations ou joints de dilatation de la Division industrielle d'OmegaFlex (le \" Produit \") sont exempts de tout d\u00e9faut de mat\u00e9riau ou de fabrication pendant un an \u00e0 compter de la date d'exp\u00e9dition. Si, apr\u00e8s examen par le fabricant, il s'av\u00e8re que le produit pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9faut de mat\u00e9riau ou de fabrication pendant la p\u00e9riode de garantie, le fabricant r\u00e9parera ou remplacera, \u00e0 son choix, la partie du produit qui s'av\u00e8re d\u00e9fectueuse.<\/p>\n<h3>Cette garantie limit\u00e9e ne s'applique pas :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>si le produit a fait l'objet d'une mauvaise utilisation ou d'une n\u00e9gligence, a \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9 accidentellement ou intentionnellement, ou a \u00e9t\u00e9 alt\u00e9r\u00e9 ou modifi\u00e9 de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit.<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 toute d\u00e9pense, y compris la main-d'\u0153uvre ou les mat\u00e9riaux, encourue lors de l'enqu\u00eate, de l'enl\u00e8vement ou de la r\u00e9installation du produit d\u00e9fectueux ou de parties de celui-ci.<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 tout dommage ou d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du produit caus\u00e9 par un sinistre, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le feu, le vent, les inondations ou les catastrophes naturelles.<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 la main d'\u0153uvre du fabricant (s'il ne s'agit pas d'OmegaFlex) ou de l'installateur du produit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La pr\u00e9sente garantie limit\u00e9e est subordonn\u00e9e aux conditions suivantes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>l'exp\u00e9dition, au fabricant, de la partie du produit jug\u00e9e d\u00e9fectueuse. Les produits ne peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s qu'avec l'accord \u00e9crit pr\u00e9alable du fabricant.
