La construction utilise un noyau en alliage de cuivre C51000 (95\/5) et une tresse en bronze commercial C22000 (90\/10). Chaque absorbeur de vibrations est fabriqu\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision, puis nettoy\u00e9, s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et scell\u00e9 dans des sacs pour une utilisation sur les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration et de conditionnement d'air.
