Un tuyau dont la longueur utile est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e peut entra\u00eener une d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement lat\u00e9ral d\u00e9cal\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Ce mouvement se produit lorsque l'axe du tuyau est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 dans un plan perpendiculaire \u00e0 l'axe longitudinal, l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 restant parall\u00e8le. Le mouvement de d\u00e9calage dynamique ne doit jamais \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 25% du rayon de courbure minimal de l'axe central. Voir <a href=\"\/fr\/engineering-design\/motion\/lateral-offset-motion\/\">Mouvement lat\u00e9ral d\u00e9cal\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement de d\u00e9calage angulaire<\/h2>\n<p>Le mouvement angulaire est d\u00e9fini comme la flexion du tuyau de sorte que les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ne sont plus parall\u00e8les. L'amplitude du mouvement est mesur\u00e9e en degr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l'axe du tuyau s'il \u00e9tait install\u00e9 en ligne droite. Les tuyaux m\u00e9talliques install\u00e9s dans l'axe longitudinal de la tuyauterie ne doivent pas \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un mouvement axial.<\/p>\n<p>Deux options de conception sont disponibles pour compenser les mouvements axiaux. La premi\u00e8re option consiste \u00e0 installer le tuyau m\u00e9tallique perpendiculairement \u00e0 l'axe longitudinal de la canalisation. Voir <a href=\"http:\/\/omegaflex.com\/fr\/engineering-design\/radial-movement\/\">Mouvement radial<\/a> pour les exigences de conception des boucles de d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement de torsion<\/h2>\n<p>Le mouvement de torsion se produit lorsque le tuyau est tordu ou soumis \u00e0 un couple de serrage, par exemple lorsque le tuyau se plie hors du plan ou lors d'une installation incorrecte.<\/p>\n<p>Les forces de torsion sont extr\u00eamement destructrices et constituent l'une des causes les plus courantes de d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Fr\u00e9quence de mouvement<\/h2>\n<p>Le taux de flexion auquel le tuyau est soumis dans un laps de temps donn\u00e9. Trois types de mouvement de base<br \/>\ncomprennent les vibrations, les mouvements dynamiques et les mouvements continus.<\/p>\n<h2>Vibrations<\/h2>\n<p>Il s'agit d'un mouvement de faible amplitude se produisant \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence. Les vibrations se retrouvent normalement dans les applications d'\u00e9chappement de moteur, de pompe et de compresseur. La r\u00e9sonance des tuyaux doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9venir une d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Consulter le service technique d'OmegaFlex si l'on pr\u00e9voit une r\u00e9sonance du tuyau ou pour obtenir des donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les vibrations.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement dynamique\/intermittent<\/h2>\n<p>Mouvement non continu ou intermittent tel que le r\u00e9sultat de la dilatation thermique. Le rayon de courbure dynamique est utilis\u00e9 dans les calculs d\u00e9terminant la longueur utile du tuyau pour le d\u00e9calage lat\u00e9ral, le d\u00e9calage angulaire et le mouvement radial pendant la flexion dynamique ou intermittente.<\/p>\n<h2>Courbe statique<\/h2>\n<p>Un coude \u00e0 rayon fixe ou immobile dans un tuyau utilis\u00e9 pour compenser un d\u00e9faut d'alignement.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement continu<\/h2>\n<p>Mouvement cyclique r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 une vitesse cyclique lente et \u00e0 une course constante. Le rayon de courbure dynamique minimal de l'axe central doit \u00eatre doubl\u00e9 pour les applications \u00e0 mouvement continu.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvement al\u00e9atoire<\/h2>\n<p>Le mouvement incontr\u00f4l\u00e9 d'un tuyau m\u00e9tallique, tel que celui qui se produit lors d'une manutention manuelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Rayon de courbure<\/h2>\n<p>Rayon de courbure minimum que le tuyau peut \u00eatre pli\u00e9 tout en conservant son int\u00e9grit\u00e9. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exprim\u00e9 en tant que rayon de courbure dynamique ou statique de l'axe central. Le rayon de courbure est utilis\u00e9 dans les calculs associ\u00e9s au mouvement de d\u00e9calage angulaire et lat\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<h2>Cycle de vie<\/h2>\n<p>Le nombre de cycles de flexion d'un tuyau avant qu'il ne se rompe. Parmi les facteurs qui influencent la dur\u00e9e de vie, citons la pression de service, la temp\u00e9rature, le rayon de courbure, les mat\u00e9riaux du tuyau et de la tresse.
