Elle est responsable de la formulation des normes relatives \u00e0 l'assurance qualit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 des produits sp\u00e9cifiques. La norme ISO 10380 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les exigences de l'industrie en mati\u00e8re de conception, de fabrication et de test des tuyaux m\u00e9talliques ondul\u00e9s et des assemblages de tuyaux. Deux des mat\u00e9riaux les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s pour les tuyaux m\u00e9talliques ondul\u00e9s sont l'acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique et les alliages \u00e0 base de cuivre. La sp\u00e9cification indique clairement que les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication du tuyau m\u00e9tallique ondul\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre choisis en fonction de leur aptitude au formage ou au soudage et des conditions d'application dans lesquelles ils fonctionneront. Il est courant que les fabricants indiquent le diam\u00e8tre nominal de leurs tuyaux dans la documentation publi\u00e9e. La norme ISO 10380 stipule que le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur r\u00e9el du tuyau doit \u00eatre au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 98% du diam\u00e8tre nominal du tuyau.<\/p>\n<p>Le rayon de courbure couvert par la sp\u00e9cification comprend le rayon de courbure nominal statique et le rayon de courbure nominal dynamique. Le rayon de courbure dynamique est utilis\u00e9 dans les essais de fatigue de dur\u00e9e de vie. Il existe des valeurs de rayon de courbure dynamique de type 1 et 2 dans la sp\u00e9cification. OmegaFlex utilise le rayon de courbure dynamique de type 1, plus strict, pour les essais de fatigue cyclique. Cette sp\u00e9cification fournit une m\u00e9thode pour d\u00e9terminer la pression de service maximale d'un tuyau m\u00e9tallique dans ces conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Basses temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong><br \/>\nLes mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la sp\u00e9cification, \u00e0 l'exception de l'acier au carbone, n'ont pas besoin d'\u00eatre d\u00e9class\u00e9s dans les applications \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature jusqu'\u00e0 -392\u00b0F ou -200\u00b0C. OmegaFlex effectue chacun de ces tests lors de la conception ou de la qualification de ses produits. Le test de fatigue est largement reconnu dans l'industrie des tuyaux m\u00e9talliques comme une norme pour les tests de dur\u00e9e de vie. Alors que la norme ISO 10380 indique un nombre moyen de cycles de 50 000 \u00e0 la pression nominale sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e, OmegaFlex effectue les tests \u00e0 la pression de service maximale publi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tests de production<\/strong><br \/>\nPlusieurs types d'essais non destructifs sont pr\u00e9vus par la sp\u00e9cification.
